GOLDEN EMPIRE TOURS is a Tourist Travel Agency based out of, and operating directly from, the City of Cusco, Archaeological Capital of South America. our goal is to communicate, convey and share, all of the cultural and historical greatness contained within the rich heritage of this wonderful and millenary land.
We are a Professional Entity, completely formed, educated and trained in the field of tourism. And it is our heartfelt desire to place our expertise and training at your service, and at the disposition of both Peruvian and Foreign Tourists and Visitors, in order to share and make known to all, our vast Heritage, the Remains of our Inca and pre Inca Cultures and Civilizations, the Traditions and Customs, as well as the great variety and astounding diversity that characterize our natural environments and ecological settings.
Golden Empire Tours forms part of a group of innovative Tourist Agencies, characterized by a broader and more farsighted approach to tourism activities, exemplified first and foremost by a profound respect, as well as a deep concern, for the well being and conservation of both the natural ecosystems and the native inhabitants of the Andean and Amazonian biosphere. Our aim is to convert this concern into affirmative action through working with the indigenous populations, sharing their traditions as well as their goals, and seeking to help them achieve these in harmony with our own activities, as well as our very cultural identity through the implementation of “Participative Tourism”. This constitutes one of our principal objectives.
Further to that concept, our company harbors the intention of effectively contributing and supporting the creation and elaboration of projects specifically structured with the indigenous communities in mind designed for their positive development in conjunction with the preservation of their cultural heritage, which also constitutes one of the fundamental pillars and mainstays of the many remarkable features and attractions that our beautiful country is gifted with.
